From October 15, the Ministry of Education issued a guideline to open schools in a gradual manner.Accordingly, there will be no evaluation of children for three weeks. Schools will also have to focus on mental health and emotional safety of students. The school premises have to be completely clean and infection free. Emergency care team has to be made. The children will be called to school only with the written consent of the parents. If students want, they can do online classes instead of coming to school. The Union Ministry of Education has issued guidelines regarding opening of schools in the country since October 15 under Unlock 5.0. According to this guideline, after October 15, schools and coaching institutes can be opened in the country in a phased manner. However, the final decision will have to be taken by the respective state governments.

Unlock 5 is starting from October 1 in the country. During this time, the most curious among the people is about the opening of schools and colleges. However, in view of the growing case of Corona, a situation of doubt has arisen regarding the opening of the school-college. Meanwhile, schools have been partially opened in many states of the country from September 21, but school is still closed in most states.  It is expected that the government will set some rules in the Unlock 5.0 Key (School-Colleges Reopen in Unlock5) guidelines to open the school college smoothly, as the school-college has been closed for the past 6 months.

Schools have started on a voluntary basis for students from 9th to 12th class from 21 September.  It is expected to continue in the next month also.  In view of the increasing case of Corona, primary classes are expected to remain closed next month.  This can be continued only through online mode.  In Unlock 5 Guidelines, however, upper class children can be allowed for all classes as before.  Many states have opened schools, while many have kept it closed as a precaution.  On the other hand, universities and colleges have started entrance exams and the new academic year can start through online classes.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued guidelines for Unlock 5.  According to the new guidelines (MHA) issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the state and union territories can decide on the reopening of schools and educational institutions after 15 October.  The new guidelines have been issued on the basis of feedback received from states and union territories and extensive consultation with the concerned central ministries and departments.

Earlier, the Center had allowed partial reopening of schools for senior classes from September 21 and many states had reopened schools for classes 9 to 12.  The MHA guidelines allow states and union territories to decide whether to reopen schools and coaching centers and start face-to-face classes.  However, the guidelines also state that "online or distance learning will continue and will be encouraged

Mahatma Gandhi ... does not recognize a name. We have read about his greatness and ideal ideas in books since childhood, about the famous Gandhiji named Bapu. There is a lot more to go. The number of authors who have written books about Gandhiji, hardly any other person has written about any particular person. Gandhiji was born on 2 October 1869 in Porbandar, Gujarat. He has contributed a lot in the independence of the country. How big was the leader of the country and how big was his personality, it can be gauged from the fact that the whole country stood up on one voice in the Non-Cooperation Movement, Civil Disobedience Movement and Quit India Movement. Mahatma Gandhi's greatness, due to his views, has been given the status of national festival like Independence Day and Republic Day on 2 October. Due to his greatness, today the whole world pays homage to Bapu.

The idea of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and his suggested path of non-violence not only influenced the Indians, but many countries of the world assimilated the idea. Mahatma Gandhi, who was always on the path of truth and non-violence, was born on 2 October 1869 in Porbandar, Gujarat. The real name of Gandhiji who played an important role in the independence of the country is Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.

From major movements like 'Satyagraha' to 'Quit India Movement', he came to the notice of the whole world by awakening the independence of the country in a peace-loving manner and by bugging the bugle against the British. Re-opening Schools : Schools to reopen in September or October? Check latest updates here

Re-opening Schools : Schools to reopen in  September or October? Check latest updates here

Due to Corona epidemic, school students are suffering big loss of education. All the government and private schools in the country are closed since the third week of March. However, for some time, studies are being conducted in schools through online classes. But this system is limited to big schools in cities. In most of the rural areas, schooling is stalled due to lack of internet access everywhere.

A meeting of the Parliamentary Committee of the Ministry of Education took place on Monday. Issues such as opening of school-colleges and re-conducting examinations were discussed in the meeting of the standing committee chaired by Rajya Sabha MP Vinay Sahasrabuddhe. Apart from this, concern was also raised that children are not getting mid day meal due to school closure due to corona epidemic. Ministry officials told the committee that there are no plans to open schools. According to these officials, the decision to open the school will be taken according to the advice of the Health Ministry and the feedback of all the states.

Online system will continue for now
2020-2021 will not be a zero education year, it was clarified in the meeting.  However, no decision has yet been taken as to when the school colleges will start again.  Right now the arrangement of online classes, it will continue in the same way.  This arrangement is only for the students of fourth grade and above.  The committee suggested to the Ministry of Education that children from nursery to third class in schools should not be taught online.  The committee also suggested that children from fourth to seventh class should be taught in online classes at a limited level.  Children of class VIII to XII should be fully educated through online classes.

According to sources, some members of the committee said that due to the closure of the school due to Corona epidemic, children have been refused mid-day meal at many places, increasing their risk of being malnourished.  According to officials of the Ministry of Education, the State Governments have been asked to work on alternatives such as giving food to children or giving ration to their families.

However, the officials of the Ministry of Education made it clear to the members of the Parliamentary Committee that the decision to open the schools will not be taken in haste in the way the infection is spread due to Corona epidemic.  This means that the school is not expected to open in Unlock-4.  Unlock-4 is starting in the country since 31 August.

According to sources, Education Ministry officials told the committee members that this academic year will not be a zero academic year for colleges.  The members of the committee suggested to the officials of the Ministry that a question bank should be given to the students of the college so that there is no pressure on them.
